Due to many people asking for invitations into the European countries and not appearing to purchase the requested equipment, we have decided to issue such letters only after a deposit of EUR 3.000,-- has been paid to the account of our CEO - Mr. Horst Roesinger with Banque Populaire d'Alsace,

So we now asking for this payment against the equipment you would like to inspect, and it will be paid back to you in cash by inspection of the equipment.
Letter of invitation will be issued and forwarded to the responsible Embassy and copy to you, if the deposit has been credited in the said account.

Just let us know the names of the visitors, and proposed date of arrival.

This can be done only after a refundable down payment of at least 10% has been paid to our company account. This amunt is refundable in case of unsatisfied inspection or discrepancies between our offer and the actual status of the equipment.

This is the usual condition by second hand equipment and means that you are buying it in the condition "as is" without any guarantee for quality.

Our different dismantling-teams have long years experience in this field, and all INCOTERMS, except "exw" includes the cost for this service already.

Except by sales-condition "exw" the consignment will be packed through our experienced staff in accordance with the delivery-terms.
For oversea transportation, machine parts are treated with anti-rusty solution and wrapped with plastic foil.
If requested, fumigation of timber and containers will be done against small fees.

If sale conditions are CFR, CIF, DDU or turnkey, this service is already included in the sales-price. By all other INCOTERMS we can handle the loading on you behalf against additional payment.
